Spicy Korean Beef Skewers
Grilled skewers of marinated beef, inspired by Korean BBQ. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Gochujang
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1/4 cup green onions
- β1 teaspoon sesame oil
- βto taste crushed black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Gochujang, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil.

Add thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well.

Thread beef onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush grill with oil to prevent sticking.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked to desired doneness.

Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.
