Beef and Brochette French Flaky Pastry
A French-inspired pastry dish filled with tender beef and brochette, wrapped in a flaky crust.

- β1 lb Grass-fed Ground Beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β1/2 cup Brochette
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1/4 cup Butter

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the brochette to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the beef mixture evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Dot the top of the beef mixture with butter.

Fold the pastry over the beef mixture, pressing the edges to seal.
