- β1/2 cup portuguese oatmealcooked according to package instructions
- β1 sheet flaky pastryused to make the oatmeal wrap
- β2 tbsp soy saucefor flavor
- β1 tsp sushi rice vinegarfor flavor
- β1 cup edamameshelled and cooked
- β1/4 cup shredded daikonfor garnish
- β2 tbsp sliced scallionsfor garnish
- β1 tsp sesame seedsfor garnish
- β1 tsp pickled gingerfor garnish

Instructions

Cook the oatmeal according to package instructions.

Warm the flaky pastry sheet in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Spread a thin layer of soy sauce on the center of the pastry.

Add a layer of sushi rice vinegar on top of the soy sauce.
