- β4 pieces Flaky Portuguese Crostinistore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup Rolled Oatmeal
- β2 tablespoons Vegan Buttersuch as earth balance
- βto taste Salt
- β1 large Wrapflour or whole wheat
- β1/2 avocado Sliced Avocado
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add vegan butter and spread evenly.

Place flaky crostini in the pan and toast until crispy.

In a separate bowl, mix oatmeal and salt.
