Silky Almond Halwa
A traditional Indian dessert made with ground almonds and silky texture. This halwa is creamy and sweet, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Ground Almonds
- β2 cups Silky Almond Milk
- β1/4 cup Ghee
- β1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- β1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- β1 tsp Rose Water

1. Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.

2. Add ground almonds and cook until they are lightly toasted.

3. Add almond milk and bring to a simmer.

4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the mixture thickens.

5. Add brown sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.

6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the sugar dissolves.

7. Remove from heat and stir in rose water.

8. Let the mixture cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
