Kidney Bean Italian Soup
A hearty and comforting soup made with ground beef, kidney beans, and Italian seasonings.
Ingredients

- β1 can (15 ounces) Kidney Beansdrained and rinsed
- β2 tablespoons Italian Seasoningdried
- β2 tablespoons Floral Light Olive Oilfor sautΓ©ing
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Diced Tomatoescanned
- β4 cups Chicken Brothlow sodium

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
