Greek Pilaf Pie
A crispy and savory pie filled with fluffy pilaf, perfect for a satisfying Greek meal.
Ingredients

- ●1 package Greek pilaf mixfound in most grocery stores
- ●1 package filo doughthawed according to package instructions
- ●1/4 cup olive oil
- ●to taste saltadd to pilaf for flavor
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Thaw filo dough according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine cooked fluffy rice, Greek pilaf mix, and salt. Mix well.

Brush the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.

Place 1 sheet of filo dough in the baking dish, brushing with olive oil.

Repeat step 5 with remaining filo dough, brushing each sheet with olive oil.

Spoon the pilaf mixture into the baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Fold the filo dough over the pilaf, tucking the edges under the pie.
