Fluffy Eastern Flatbread
A delicious flatbread originating from the Middle East, made with fluffy yeast dough. Perfect for snacking or as a side dish.
Ingredients

Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or a preheated grill to medium-high heat.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 2-3 equal pieces, depending on the size of flatbread you prefer.
