Korean-Style Stir Fry with Strawberries

Ingredients

- β1 pound Bulgogi Beef (thinly sliced)
- β1 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt

- βchopped (optional) Fresh Cilantro

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the bulgogi beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the skillet and add the Korean chili flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
