Lamb Italian Stir Fry
A fusion twist on traditional Italian cooking, combining lamb with popular Asian stir fry flavors.
Ingredients
- ●500g lambcut into bite-sized pieces
- ●2 tbsp garlicky oilfor sautéing
- ●4 cloves crispy garlicminced
- ●1 bunch vietnamese basilchopped
- ●1 tsp stir fry seasoningoptional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Season the lamb with salt and pepper.

Heat the garlicky oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb until browned, then set aside.

Add the crispy garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the chopped basil and stir fry seasoning (if using) to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

Return the lamb to the skillet and stir to combine with the basil mixture.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
