Shrimp and Feijoada German-Style Schnitzel
A German-inspired twist on the classic schnitzel, featuring shrimp and feijoada in a crispy garlicky crust.
Ingredients
- β12 oz (340g) shrimp
- β1/2 cup (115g) feijoada
- β1 cup (120g) garlicky breadcrumbs
- β1/4 cup (30g) crumbly cheese
- β2 eggs
- β1 cup (120g) flour
- β1 tsp (5g) brazilian-style seasoning
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

1. Prepare the shrimp by peeling and de-veining.

2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, and pepper.

3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

4. In a third shallow dish, mix together garlicky breadcrumbs and crumbly cheese.

5. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the coating onto the shrimp.

6. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil.
