Brazilian Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients
- ●1 medium onion, thinly sliced Garlicky sautéed onions
- ●1/2 cup, crumbled Crumbly queso fresco
- ●1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined Brazilian-style shrimp
- ●1 tablespoon, dried Feijoada spices
- ●4 Lime wedges
- ●4-6 corn tortillas Tortillas
- ●1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- ●1/2 cup Sour cream
- ●3 cloves, minced Garlic

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to caramelize.
