Bavarian Beef Steak with German Seasoning

- ●4 slices Bauernfristück (Bavarian-style bread)

In a small bowl, mix together garlic, German seasoning, and 2 tbsp olive oil.

Rub the marinade mixture onto the beef flank steak, making sure to coat it evenly.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef steak for 2-3 minutes per side.
