Vietnamese-Style Pork Bun
A fusion of Vietnamese and Indian flavors, this dish combines the richness of smoked pork with the warmth of Indian spices.

- β1/4 cup vietnamese nuong saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 teaspoon indian garam masalaadd to nuong sauce
- β1/2 teaspoon cumin seedsroast before grinding
- β1/2 teaspoon coriander powderadd to nuong sauce
- β1/4 teaspoon turmeric powderadd to nuong sauce
- βto taste saltadd to nuong sauce
- β2 green chiliesdiced
- β2 tablespoons lemon juiceadd to nuong sauce

Roast cumin seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant.

Grind roasted cumin seeds into a fine powder.

In a large bowl, combine ground cumin, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add sliced pork to the bowl and mix well to coat with spice mixture.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add pork mixture. Cook until pork is browned and cooked through.
