Thai Shawarma
A fusion twist on the classic street food, blending Thai flavors with the warm spices of Shawarma. This dish is a delightful marriage of East meets Middle East.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb Shawarma Meat
- β2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- β2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- β1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β1/4 cup Thai Basil
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. In a large bowl, whisk together curry paste, fish sauce, and lime juice.

2. Add the lamb shawarma meat and mix until well coated.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the lamb from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
