German Fried Rice
A classic German-inspired dish made with fried rice and various toppings.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Fried Rice
- β1/2 cup diced Glazed Ham
- β1 cup Diced Onions
- β1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 Egg
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 tsp German Seasoning
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add diced ham and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add diced onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture, about 5 minutes.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan.

Crack the egg into the other side of the pan and scramble it until cooked through.

Mix the egg with the vegetables.

Add the fried rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.

Stir-fry the rice mixture for about 5 minutes, until heated through.

Season with salt, pepper, and German seasoning.
