- ●1 cup Cranberriesfresh or frozen
- ●2 cups Misirred lentils, rinsed and drained
- ●2 tbsp GlossyEthiopian berbere spice blend
- ●1 tsp TangyEthiopian niter kibbeh spice blend
- ●4 cups Watervegetable or chicken broth
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilfor sautéing
- ●to taste Salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onion is translucent.

Add misir, glossy, and tangy spice blends; stir for 1 minute.
