Gluten-Free Stir Fry
A quick and easy gluten-free stir fry made with a tangy sauce and served with creamy rice. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Stir-Fry Saucetangy and gluten-free
- β1 cup Cooked Ricecreamy and gluten-free
- β1 cup Protein of Choicechicken, beef, or tofu
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor stir-frying
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (gluten-free)optional
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the protein of choice and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the stir-fry sauce and soy sauce (if using) and stir to combine.
