Mexican Grilled Pork Skewers

Ingredients
- β500g pork tenderloincut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp brown sugar
- β1 tsp malaysian chili flakes
- β1 tsp golden honey
- β4 brownlarge onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- β4 cloves garlicminced
- β8-10 skewers
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper
- β2 tbsp lime juice

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, malaysian chili flakes, golden honey, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add pork cubes to the marinade and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Thread pork cubes, onions, and garlic onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
