Malaysian Vegan Satay

Ingredients
- β10-12 Golden skewerssoy-free and vegan-friendly
- β2 tbsp Brown sugarfor the marinade
- β1/2 cup Malaysian peanut saucestore-bought or homemade, vegan-friendly
- β1 block Tofufirm, drained, and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp Vegan kecap manisor substitute with tamari and maple syrup

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, kecap manis, and 2 tbsp water to make the marinade.

3. Add the tofu to the marinade and mix well.

4. Thread the marinated tofu onto the skewers.

5. Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.

6. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
