Thai-Style Pork Kebabs
Tender pork marinated in a blend of Thai flavors and grilled to perfection. Serve with your favorite sides for a delicious and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 lb pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch piecesYou can also use pork loin or pork belly
- β2 tbsp brown sugar
- β2 tbsp fish sauce
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β1 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves garlic, minced
- β1-inch piece ginger, minced
- β1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- β1 tsp chili flakesAdjust to taste
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantroFor garnish

1. In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, kecap manis, and chili flakes.

2. Add the pork pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

4. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
