Golden Stir Fry

- β1 cup Golden Peanuts
- β2 cups Greens (Bok Choy or Spinach)
- β1 large Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β Salt and Pepperto taste

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the roasted sweet potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they start to brown.
