Treacle Hash Cakes
A sweet breakfast treat made with crispy hash and gooey treacle syrup.

- ●60g Treacle syrup
- ●30g Gooey honey
- ●100g Polish rye flour
- ●20g Midnight black sesame seeds

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the hash, treacle syrup, and gooey honey.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the polish rye flour and midnight black sesame seeds.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

5. Divide the dough into 4-6 portions, depending on desired size.

6. Shape each portion into a ball and then flatten slightly into a cake.

7. Place the cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
