Pan-Seared Mediterranean Fish
A Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring flaky fish, topped with a blend of herbs and spices, and served with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets Fish fillets (flaky)
- β2 lemons Lemon juice
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the fish fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until cooked through.

Remove the fish from the oven and squeeze a sliver of lemon juice over each fillet.

Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of each fillet.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
