Chicken Khao Pad

- β2 cups khaouncooked jasmine rice
- β2 tbsp pad thai sauceor to taste
- β1 cup veggies (bell peppers, carrots, onions)any combination of your choice

- β1 tsp fish sauceoptional
- β1 tsp sugaroptional
- β2 tbsp oilvegetable or peanut oil

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
