German Braised Bao with Cabbage and Hydro-Cooked Hearty Meat
A hearty German-inspired dish featuring slow-cooked bao, tender cabbage, and hydro-cooked meat.
Ingredients

- β4-6 pieces BaoFrozen or fresh
- β1 medium head CabbageShredded
- β2 cups Hydro Vegetable BrothLow-sodium
- β1/2 cup Blue CheeseOptional
- β1 cup German BeerOptional

Heat the hydro vegetable broth to 180Β°F (82Β°C) in a large pot.

Add the hearty meat to the broth and cook for 30 minutes, or until browned.

Add the shredded cabbage to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until tender.

Cook the bao according to package instructions and set aside.
