- β1 (1.3 kg) Lamb Shouldercut into large cubes
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor browning lamb
- β1 large Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Allspiceground
- β1 tsp Cuminground
- β1 (14 oz) can Tomatoesdiced
- β1 cup Red Wineoptional
- β2 cups Beef Brothlow-sodium

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown lamb cubes in batches, then set aside.

Add onion and garlic to the pot, cooking until softened.
