Indian-Style Tuna Curry

Ingredients
- ●1 can (12 oz) Tuna
- ●2 tbsp Coconut oil
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2-inch piece Ginger
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 tsp Cumin
- ●1 tsp Coriander
- ●1 tsp Turmeric
- ●1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- ●to taste Salt
- ●chopped (for garnish) Fresh cilantro
- ●2 cups (for serving) Rajma

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, and garlic and sauté until onion is translucent.

Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder and sauté for 1 minute.

Add tuna and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low and let cook for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
