Saudi Beef Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Saudi Arabia, made with tender beef and a blend of aromatic spices. This recipe is gluten-free and perfect for a cold winter's day.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Saudi stew spices
- β2 cups arabian herbal teaused for flavoring and tenderizing the beef
- β2 cups velvety tomatoescanned or fresh
- β4 cups beef brothmake sure it's gluten-free
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef on all sides, then remove it from the pot and set it aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the Saudi stew spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef broth, browned beef, and chopped onion to the pot.
