Argentinian Fish Bowl
A flavorful and healthy dish originating from Argentina, featuring a fresh catch of fish in a herbed bowl.

- β2 tsp Argentinian Seasoning Store-bought or homemade blend
- β4 fillets (6 oz each) Fresh CodFresh and sustainable
- β1 cup Diced TomatoesFresh or canned
- β1/4 cup Chopped CilantroFresh for garnish
- β2 tbsp Lime JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tbsp Olive OilExtra virgin for dressing
- β1 tsp SaltUnrefined sea salt
- β1 tsp Black PepperFreshly ground

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Season the fish fillets with Argentinian seasoning, salt, and black pepper

Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through

While the fish is baking, cook the herbed quinoa according to package instructions

In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice

Once the fish is done, place it on top of the quinoa mixture
