Chicken Shawarma Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with marinated chicken, topped with vegetables and served in a warm flatbread.
Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Incredibly Flaky Flatbread
- β1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast Chicken
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Mediterranean Seasoning
- β1 cup Chopped Cucumber
- β1 cup Chopped Tomato
- β1 cup Chopped Red Onion
- β1/4 cup Pita Chips

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and Mediterranean seasoning.

Add the chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.

Warm the flatbread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven for 5 minutes.

Assemble the shawarma wrap by slicing the grilled chicken and placing it on the flatbread.

Add chopped cucumber, tomato, and red onion on top of the chicken.
