Canadian Burdock Stew
A hearty stew made with tender burdock root and a mix of Canadian ingredients.

- β1 medium Gobo rootpeeled and sliced
- β4 medium Carrotspeeled and sliced
- β2 large Potatoespeeled and cubed
- β2 cups Vegetable brothhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauceoptional
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add sliced burdock and gobo root, cook for 5 minutes.
