Spicy Fried Rice
A flavorful and easy-to-make Chinese-inspired dish featuring fried rice with intense, spicy, and savory ingredients.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Cooked ricepreferably leftover or day-old
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oilfor frying
- β2 tablespoons Intense mustardy sauce (hot mustard and soy sauce mix)
- β1 cup Chopped tomatoes
- β1/4 cup Fried shallotsoptional
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.

Add the cooked rice to the wok or skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.

Stir in the intense mustardy sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the rice is well coated.
