Roasted Malaysian Chicken Curry
A flavorful Malaysian-inspired curry made with roasted chicken and intense spices.
Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Intensely Roasted Curry Powder
- ●1/2 cup Malaysian Curry Sauce
- ●2 Tomatoes
- ●1 Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 cup Coconut Milk
- ●2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until coated.

Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

Add the intensely roasted curry powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
