Slovakian Fruit Pudding
A traditional Slovakian dessert made with sweet fruit and creamy pudding.
Ingredients
- β250g Fruit compote (mixed berries)
- β100g Slovakian vanilla pudding mix
- β50g Sugar
- β20g Unsalted butter
- β2 Egg yolks
- β10g Plain flour
- β200ml Milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

In a large bowl, combine fruit compote, sugar, and slovakian vanilla pudding mix.

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks and milk.

Add the egg yolk mixture to the fruit mixture and stir until well combined.

Add the unsalted butter and plain flour to the mixture and stir until smooth.

Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or ramekins.

Place the cups in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the cups.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pudding is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.

Serve chilled, garnished with fresh fruit if desired.
