Bok Choi Stir Fry with Gyoza
A simple and flavorful stir fry made with bok choi and served with pan-fried gyoza.

- β20-25 pieces Gyozapan-fry
- β2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- β1 tbsp Argentinian Olive Oil

Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the bok choi and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.
