Jazzy Venezuelan Fried Rice
Delicious Venezuelan-style fried rice with a twist of jazzy flavors. Perfect for a quick and flavorful lunch.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Jazzy rice
- β1 cup Venezuelan rice
- β1 cup Fried rice
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 small Oniondiced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Diced tomatoes
- β1 cup Frozen peas
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and sautΓ© until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add 1 cup of Venezuelan rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.

Add 1 cup of fried rice, diced tomatoes, and frozen peas.

Stir-fry for another 5 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
