Kenyan Meat Skewers
A classic Kenyan dish featuring marinated meat skewers grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
- β1 pound Meat (beef or lamb)cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Like (Kenyan spice mix)available in most Kenyan markets
- β1/4 cup Jelly (for glaze)such as apricot or orange marmalade
- β4-6 Meat skewers (bamboo or metal) soak in water for 30 minutes before use
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor brushing skewers

2. In a large bowl, whisk together like, meat cubes, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

3. Thread meat cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each cube.
