Japanese-Style Takikomi Gohan
A flavorful Japanese dish featuring a mixture of rice, vegetables, and chicken cooked together in a savory broth.

- β1 lb chicken breast
- β1 cup mixed mushrooms
- β1/2 cup jeweled onions
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β2 tsp gohanoptional

Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned.
