Saudi Arabian Sausage Stew
A hearty stew originating from Saudi Arabia, made with flavorful sausages and tender chunks of stew meat.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Saudi Arabian sausages
- β2 pounds Jovial stew meat
- β2 medium Tender onions
- β3 cloves Tender garlic
- β2 teaspoons Arabian spices
- β2 cups Beef broth
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions

Brown the sausages in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Remove the sausages from the pot and set them aside.

Add the stew meat to the pot and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the Arabian spices, beef broth, salt, and black pepper to the pot.

Return the sausages to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
