Creamy Jubilant Rigatoni

- β3 tbsp australian olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup jubilantsliced
- β1 cup creamysliced
- β1/2 cup grated parmesan
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the australian olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the sliced jubilant and creamy to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the grated parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the cooked rigatoni and add it to the skillet with the jubilant and creamy sauce.
