Tunisian Chicken Tagine with Chinese Twist
A fusion dish combining the flavors of Tunisia and China, featuring chicken cooked in a rich tagine sauce.
Ingredients

- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 red bell pepper
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons tunisian spice blend
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
