Pan-Seared Juicy Eastern Chicken with Morbier and Mansaf Grains

Ingredients

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Transfer the chicken breast to a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

5. While the chicken is cooking, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the crumbled Morbier cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

6. To serve, place a cooked chicken breast on a plate and top with a spoonful of the Morbier cheese sauce. Serve with a side of Mansaf grain and garnish with chopped parsley and a lemon wedge.
