French Beef Soufflé Cutlet
A classic French-inspired dish featuring a tender beef cutlet topped with a rich and creamy soufflé.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup soufflé
- ●1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- ●4 tablespoons butter
- ●1/2 cup grated cheese
- ●1 beaten egg
- ●1/2 cup cream
- ●1/2 teaspoon salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the beef cutlet with salt and black pepper.

Dredge the cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the cutlet for 2-3 minutes on each side, then set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
