Ukrainian Ricotta Kissed Casserole
A Ukrainian-inspired casserole featuring ricotta cheese, with a hint of citrusy flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Ricotta cheese
- β2 cups, diced Kissed tomatoes
- β1/2 cup, chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) And
- β1 cup, cubed Ukrainian black bread
- β1 tablespoon, freshly grated lemon or orange zest Citrusy zest
- β1/2 cup, shredded Casserole cheese blend

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, kissed tomatoes, and citrusy zest. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together Ukrainian black bread and casserole cheese blend.

Add the bread mixture to the ricotta mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
