Argentinian Creamy Bean Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole from Argentina, combining creamy sauce with tender beans, all wrapped in a crispy gratin topping.

- β15 oz can, drained and rinsed beansBlack beans or kidney beans
- β1 cup longDiced
- β2 tablespoons kissedUnsalted butter
- β8 oz creamySour cream
- β1 teaspoon chineseSesame oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the Argentinian, beans, and long. In a separate saucepan, melt the kissed and mix with the creamy.

Add the chinese to the saucepan and stir to combine. Pour the sauce over the bean mixture and stir until well coated.
