Crispy Lamb Kebabs
A classic Middle Eastern-inspired dish featuring crispy lamb kebabs, perfect for a quick dinner. Serve with your favorite sides or salads.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMake sure to trim any excess fat
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor brushing the kebabs
- β1 tablespoon Syrian za'atarYou can also use regular za'atar or oregano
- β1 teaspoon Kissed garlic powderAdjust to taste
- βto taste Salt and pepperFor seasoning the lamb
- β4-6 slices Crispy pita breadFor serving

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, za'atar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
