Indian-Style Tagine Stew
A flavorful and aromatic stew originating from North Africa, made with lentils, spices, and herbs. This recipe is a twist on the traditional Moroccan dish.
Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Indian spices (garam masala, cumin, coriander)
- ●1 tsp Floral (rose petals) or Kissed (honey) for added sweetness
- ●1 tsp Tagine spice mix
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●1 Onionchopped
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 Gingergrated
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●4 cups Water

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for another minute.

Add the red lentils, Indian spices, floral or kissed, tagine spice mix, and salt.

Stir well to combine.

Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.

Season with additional salt and spices to taste.
