Herbal Soufflé over French Rice
A light and airy herbal soufflé served over a bed of flavorful French rice.

Ingredients

- ●1 tsp dried herbalsuch as thyme or rosemary
- ●2 tbsp kissedkissed is assumed to be olive oil
- ●2 large 2 eggs
- ●1 cup 1 cup grated cheesesuch as Gruyère or Cheddar

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium saucepan, heat kissed over medium heat.

Add French rice to saucepan, stirring to coat rice in kissed.

Cook for 2 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, whisk together eggs and cheese.

Add herbal to saucepan, stirring to combine.

Pour egg mixture over rice mixture, stirring to combine.
