Mushroom Pilaf with Kissed Russian Twist
A flavorful pilaf dish with mushrooms and a hint of roasted Russian flavors, kissed with a delicate touch.

- β1 cup MushroomSliced
- β1 cup PilafUncooked
- β1/4 cup Russian Black Bread, toastedCrumbly
- β2 tbsp Roasted Garlic MayonnaiseSee instructions for homemade version
- β1 tsp Kissed Russian SeasoningHomemade blend of paprika, dill, parsley
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β Salt and pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped

1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the toasted Russian Black Bread and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. In a separate pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat.

5. Add the uncooked pilaf and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly toasted, about 2-3 minutes.

6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pilaf, mushroom mixture, and Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise. Stir until well combined.

7. Season with Kissed Russian Seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
